Hi! My name is Blaire Van Riper, I was born and raised in Midland, TX. I am a 2021 Hardin-Simmons University graduate and received my real estate license in 2019. Lubbock has been a place I have always thought was an amazing city full of wonderful people. Thankfully my husband and I have been given the opportunity to live here due to him getting accepted to Texas Tech Medical School. We have loved the environment here in Lubbock and are happy to now call it our home.

I am beyond excited to start helping families in Lubbock find their homes! Real Estate is such a unique career in that I can create a personal relationship with each client-serving them with their personal needs. I am also a group fitness instructor therefore I love to guide people to meet their unique goals and wants!
